Roger Goddard
Roger formally trained in Horticulture and Business Management and started his own landscaping company in Aldershot in 1977. From these beginnings, Roger has developed this large commercial landscaping business. His love of horticulture, hands on experience and pro-active approach make him the ideal leader for his successful team. Roger takes overall responsibility of all Company affairs and its ambitious expansion objectives.

George Hunt
With over 30 years in the industry and 25 years at Goddards, George has on-site management and operational experience across a wide range of landscaping work, including environmental, civil engineering, trees, shrubs and very large trees. George manages the Landscaping Division, overseeing soft landscaping projects to achieve a consistently high standard.

Alan Mitchell
Alan has rejoined the company following a period away developing his skill set and has settled into his new role. Apart for ensuring that all Health and Safety aspects are adhered to, Alan’s responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction during the maintenance period on sites once they have been handed across from the construction division. His brief is also to look at ways to offer ‘uplifts’ to legacy schemes as they mature to keep them fresh and vital, and to re-quote for these when they come up for renewal. Additionally, he is responsible for identifying & quoting for new opportunities.

Peter Bassett
Peter has been with Goddards for over 30 years. He is qualified in Amenity Horticulture & Contract Management and enjoys following a scheme from tender through to completion guaranteeing clients achieve value for money, superb quality and zero defects. Peter heads the operational side of the business and ensures that all contracts run smoothly and on time. He has won many contract awards for the company over the years.

William Goddard
Having worked his way up through the Company over many years William now uses his extensive knowledge of construction and horticulture to manage and oversee the operation side of major projects. Site logistics and resourcing form a major part of his role. He ensures the Company maintains its reputation of always getting the job done through any difficulties, to the highest quality and on time.

Gemma Straker
Gemma has many years’ experience in accounts and has wealth of knowledge. She manages the Company’s financial affairs with meticulous precision and is very proactive, continuously seeking improvements and efficiencies. Enquires are always welcome from anybody with financial queries, including payroll.
