Goddards successfully completed Phase 1 Soft Landscape Works at the new Retirement Village at Chalfont St Peter as sub-contractor to Wates Construction Ltd and have been appointed to carry out the Phase 2 works: Works included topsoiling, semi-mature tree planting; specimen shrub planting, extensive ornamental shrub planting; wildflower seeding and turfing along with the laying of fine seeded turf areas throughout the communal grounds. We will also be maintaining both Phases for a year following completion.
